What we shipped in September

Your feedback shapes what we build. This month we shipped a few of your most-requested updates, each designed to save your team time and make Toku easier to use:

Schedule profile changes for a future date

When you update someone's profile, like a new title, a raise or a new manager, choose whether it takes effect immediately, at the next payroll run or on a date you pick. You can see everything that's scheduled and cancel a change before it takes effect.

Read the guide: Schedule profile changes for a future date

Manage time off in bulk

Import approved time off from a CSV or Excel file instead of re-entering each request. You can also set balances for any leave type, not just vacation. Each leave type now has its own color, so they're easy to tell apart.

Scan receipts into expense reports

Your team can drop in up to 20 receipts at once, and Toku fills in the merchant, date, amount, currency and category for each one. If a receipt can't be read, it stays attached so it can be filled in by hand.

Coming in October

The Toku MCP beta

In October we're opening a beta of the Toku MCP. It connects AI assistants like Claude to your Toku account, so you can look things up and get work done by asking in plain language.

Want in? Email support@toku.com and let our team know, and we'll add you to the waitlist.
