Global payroll
Stablecoin payroll for global teams
Payroll starts with employment terms, tax calculations, payslips and local compliance checks. For employers and finance teams paying people across borders, stablecoin payroll adds a funding or payout option to that process, with local currency conversion and records tied to each approved run.

How it works
From approved payroll to recorded payment
Keep the payroll process connected, whichever payout option your team uses.
Approve and fund payroll
Approve the payroll calculation, deductions and payslips before funding. Confirm whether to fund the run from a bank account or stablecoin balance.
Confirm the payout details
Review conversion terms, payout eligibility and each worker’s approved payment details. Your funding currency and their payout currency can differ.
Reconcile the completed run
Confirm delivery and reconcile each payment with its payslip or invoice. Keep local currency and stablecoin payments connected to the same payroll records.
Costs and scope
Costs, agreed before onboarding
We price per worker, with every fee itemized. Ask us for a quote that separates the payroll service, payment processing, currency conversion, network costs and any recipient charges.
Your payroll service
Confirm the worker count, countries and service scope. Agree who handles payroll calculations, payslips and reporting.
Your payment costs
Review payment processing, currency conversion and network costs. Ask which charges apply to your funding and payout choices.
What your team receives
Check recipient charges and local access. Agree the terms before onboarding and review every fee on the invoice.
Local requirements
Compliance by country
Start with the employment relationship and local wage rules. Confirm withholding, statutory contributions, payslips, worker consent and permitted payment methods before choosing how to fund or deliver pay.
United States
Check federal and state wage-payment rules separately from tax treatment. The IRS treats digital assets as property for federal tax purposes; that does not by itself authorize a wage-payment method.

Review each country before launch. Use our guides to prepare the questions, then ask us to confirm the employment service and payout options for your worker mix.

Countries and payouts
Choose how your team receives pay
Compare stablecoin and local currency payouts against what each worker can receive and use. Your funding currency and their payout currency can differ.
Local currency
Confirm bank details, conversion terms, itemized fees and the expected payment date. Include the bank receipt in payroll reconciliation.
Alternative payout methods
Confirm the stablecoin, network, wallet ownership and recipient access. Consider custody, conversion and issuer risks. Retain the transaction reference and payroll-currency value alongside the payslip or invoice.
For either route, agree who owns exceptions. If a payment is held, we tell you why and what happens next.
