We rolled out a new design across Toku. Pages are cleaner and easier to scan, with clearer navigation and consistent tables, forms and buttons throughout. Your token grants Overview now shows your totals, upcoming vesting and unlock events, grants by status and your largest grants in one place, with a chart of pending distributions over time.

A new Tax profiles tab in Distribution settings shows each recipient's and investor's tax method and withholding rate, and flags anyone whose profile is missing or doesn't match how they've been taxed recently. Select as many people as you need and set their profile in one step. Then use Apply from Profiles on Tax Grouping to fill in tax details for the selected vestings automatically.

When you create or edit a vesting template, a live chart now shows when tokens vest and unlock, including cliffs and lockups. Hover over any date to see how much has vested by then, and new tooltips explain each field.

When you update someone's profile, like a new title, a raise or a new manager, choose whether it takes effect immediately, at the next payroll run or on a date you pick. You can see everything that's scheduled and cancel a change before it takes effect.

Import approved time off from a CSV or Excel file instead of re-entering each request. You can also set balances for any leave type, not just vacation. Each leave type now has its own color, so they're easy to tell apart.

Your team can drop in up to 20 receipts at once, and Toku fills in the merchant, date, amount, currency and category for each one. If a receipt can't be read, it stays attached so it can be filled in by hand.
